Set: 07170-20 hexagon head bolt with low head + Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washer 07300-03.

Only the combination of hex head bolt with collar and Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washer can ensure a cavity free seal.

The hexagon head bolt with low head for the Hygienic USIT® seal and washer is best suited for mounting in sterile areas and also complies with the EHEDG guidelines, which is confirmed by the corresponding certificate.
Material

Hex head bolt: stainless steel 1.4404.
Washer: stainless steel 1.4404.
Seal ring:
75 EPDM 295 (black).
70 EPDM 253815 (white).
75 Fluoroprene® XP 45 (blue).

Note
The EHEDG certificate is valid only when a hexagon head bolt with low head 07170-20 is used in combination with the special matching Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washer 07300-03.

The function of the Hygienic USIT® screw connection system has been tested in combination with stainless steel materials and standard cleaning materials. The suitability for the respective application must be checked by the user.
