Two secret agents save the world

The team "Just in Time" were highly successful this year by the System Engineering Project of the Interstaatlichen Hochschule für Technik Buchs. By this project, student build robots that have to solve complex tasks. The tasks have to solved by two co-operating robots from different colleges.
The assignment this year was, as always an exiting choice: Two secret agents save the world. A villain wants to become master of the world by setting off an atomic bomb in Fort Knox and so making the gold reserve of the USA radioactive. Naturally, the two agents in the form of the self-designed robots, R1 and R2 must prevent this.
The bomb can only be neutralised by severing the wires on both sides of the bomb in the correct sequence. This means that an agent must be positioned on each side of the bomb to sever that wire.
The sequence in which the wires must be severed is secret. So that this information remains secret, it is divided into two datasets and each dataset is saved to a different location.
As luck would have it, R1 and R2 have each already found a part of the information, saved it as a nano structure and hidden it in a secret place in Fort Knox. But the nano structure is invisible. It can only be made visible by pressing it, like a stamp onto a mirror surface. When the mirror is cooled down, the water in the air condenses on the mirror surface and the information can be read. The stamp belongs to the development scope of the robots and must be designed by the teams. The stamp imprint is caught on camera and communicated to the robots over Wi-Fi.
The two robots have three minutes to fetch the stamps, switch the cooling for the mirror on, make the nanostructure visible, read in which sequence the wires must be severed and sever them. The bomb explodes when the time runs out or when the wires are cut in the wrong sequence.
